What is My Watchlist?

My Watchlist allows you to create your own shortlist of diamonds. Once you have created your own shortlist of diamonds, you can:

• Email them to us for easy comparison.
• Further shortlist them my deleting some.
• Know when they have been sold.

How do I use My Watchlist?

My Watchlist can be used when searching or browsing through our diamond stock.
When searching or browsing diamonds, if you see a diamond or diamonds that you are interested in, simply check it - it will then be automatically added to your watchlist, and a red check will appear.
When you have finished your search, simply click on the "Watchlist" link at the top to view your watchlist.

What is the Compare Feature?

This allows you to send selected diamonds to our sales staff for a comparison between them. This will allow you to get a better idea as to which is the best diamond.

Why are Some Stones Highlighted in Red?

The red highlight means that they have been sold or are currently unavailable.

When I Sign Up, What Information Will Be Collected?

The advantage of My Watchlist is that it is completely anonymous. No information such as name or email address is collected. When you have finished using this service, or have purchased a diamond, you can simply delete your account by clicking "Clear Watchlist/Logout" on the left.

My Watchlist does not Work!

Unfortunately, you must have a cookie and javascript enabled browser. 90% of browsers have these two features enabled already. Other browsers simply need these features to be turned on for them to work. However, sometimes javascript is blocked by your firewall, especially on corporate networks.
