Are The Rings Premade? Can I Come To Your Shop and Look at Them?

Not yet, however we are planning to have our most popular rings handcrafted and ready for display by the end of June 2008.

What If I Don't Live In Perth and Want To Have The Ring Made Locally?

If you don't live in Perth, we can recommend one of our preferred jewellers in your city. They are in every major city in Australia and New Zealand.

Can I Buy An Engagement Ring Without Buying A Diamond From You?

No, however, we can recommend you to another jeweller who'll be able to help you. In addition to this, all prices on our rings represent a "packaged" price and therefore may be slightly lower than what a third party jeweller would charge.

Do I Get To View The Ring Before Purchase?

Yes, every ring that is handmade by us is able to be viewed before final setting and polishing. For interstate and overseas clients, this usually means sending photos of the unfinished ring, but on certain occasions, we can courier the unfinished ring to you. At this stage, any alterations can be made and the process repeats until you are 100% happy.

How Long Does It Takes To Make A Ring?

Normally we say two weeks, however due to our workload in summer months, this can be three to four weeks.

Can You Make Rings Any Faster?

Yes, we can push jobs through so they can be made in under two weeks. There is a $50 surcharge for this and rings with side stones that are channel set can not be pushed through the queue.

Yes, the rings shown here represent our previous work. Many clients either use our design service, send us a design or tell us to make a hybrid of the rings they've seen on our site.

Do I Get A Valuation?

Yes, an independent valuation can be organised at your request through a member of the National Council of Jewellery Valuers.

Do You Give Free Ring Resizing?

For our Perth clients, finger resizing is free. However, for interstate clients, we recommend you visit one of our preferred jewellers to resize your ring.

What Guarantee Do You Have On Your Rings?

Our rings come with a 1 year guarantee covering the workmanship of the ring. However, we do recommend you return your ring every two years for polishing and plating, as well as checking the claws and other settings.

How Are Warranty Claims Handled?

If you're in Perth, just bring it back to us and we'll fix it. If in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney, we will give you the name and address of one of our recommended jewellers who can fix the ring for you. For those in other areas, we will organise a courier to send it back to us.

Do You Make "Exhibition Quality" Rings?

Yes. 99.9% of our customers are happy with our rings. Even though our rings are made to our very high standard and are guaranteed, because our rings are all handmade, there may be minuscule imperfections (microscopic solder marks etc).

However, we do realise that some customers do like to have their ring to be perfect, even under magnification. Like a hearts and arrows diamond has perfect symmetry, our exhibition quality rings are guaranteed to be perfect in every way.

Because of the extra time and effort put into making a ring, from sorting side stones, to sending the ring to specialist setters and polishers, the cost is usually about 50-75% more than the prices listed on our site. In addition to this, the time frame for manufacture is usually between three weeks and two months.
